Incident Investigation Training Course

CONTENT :

US 16686 Conduct an incident investigation at an extractive site (Level 5, 8 Credits)

This course gives participants the base skills to participate in or facilitate an incident investigation in the workplace. It introduces participants to a range of techniques including Accident Causation Theories, Fault Tree Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, ICAM, Swiss Cheese Model, and Bowties.

DURATION :

2 days - Some assessment work will need to be completed outside this course for award of the unit standard.

Location :

NZ Mines Rescue have training facilities available in Huntly and Rapahoe, with delivery available nationwide in the workplace or other suitable training venue.
