Pastoral Care Code

We are proud to be a signatory to the Pastoral Care Code, and take our obligations under the Code very seriously.

Under the Code, we can help you to:

  • Be safe, both physically and mentally.

  • Feel respected and accepted for who you are.

  • Feel supported in your learning and wellbeing.

  • Stay connected to your social and cultural networks.

  • Have your say in decisions about services.

Complaints

We take concerns and complaints seriously.  If you have a complaint, first talk with your trainer. If it is not resolved, you can lodge a complaint with Mines Rescue using the form below.
