Permit Issuer / Permit Receiver Training Course

CONTENT :

US 17590 Issue work site specific work permits (Level 3, 6 Credits).

US 17588 Apply for, accept and carry out work according to a work permit in the workplace (Level 3, 6 Credits).

Content includes:

• types of work permits

• roles of those involved in the work permit system

• requirements for receiving a work permit

• planning work and preparing work permits

• accepting work permits

• undertaking work under permits

• completing administration and closing permits

The training will use the client’s permit to work systems with participants expected to use the client’s policy, procedures, processes, and documentation so they clearly understand what is required from them.

DURATION :

1 Day

NUMBERS :

Up to a maximum of 12 participants. Additional numbers must be agreed in advance by Mines Rescue and will incur additional assessment and reporting charges.

Location :

NZ Mines Rescue have training facilities available in Huntly and Rapahoe, with delivery available nationwide in the workplace or other suitable training venue.
