Risk Management Training Course

CONTENT :

US 28983 Carry out the risk management process at an extractive site (Level 5, 10 credits)

This unit give participants a sound introduction to the principles of risk management and the techniques and processes to undertake risk assessments at task, activity, and worksite levels.

It can be contextualised to specific industries to focus on their environment and the specific risks they face. Course can use specific worksite activities as a basis for the risk assessments allowing participants to implement the controls back in the workplace.

DURATION :

2 days - Some assessment work will need to be completed outside this course for award of the unit standard.

Location :

NZ Mines Rescue have training facilities available in Huntly and Rapahoe, with delivery available nationwide in the workplace or other suitable training venue.
